Biography

David J. Hyndman is a principal with Wulfsberg Reese Colvig & Firstman, and practices in the areas of construction and general business law. He has experience in the mediation, arbitration, and litigation of complex construction disputes involving both public and private projects. He has evaluated numerous construction claims in light of controlling jurisprudence, including allegations of differing site conditions, delay, and faulty workmanship. He is admitted to practice in both California and Wisconsin.

Professional Experience

Mr. Hyndman's practice is focused on construction and business law. Mr. Hyndman also represents local and national business entities in a variety of contract disputes, both through alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
