Biography
J. Todd Wulfsberg joined the Firm as an associate in 2008, and practices in the areas of construction and general litigation. Mr. Wulfsberg is admitted to practice in all State courts in California as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of California.

Professional Experience:
Although Mr. Wulfsberg joined the Firm in 2008, his work actually started several years earlier where, while still a law student, he assisted on matters ranging from residential works of improvement to multi-million dollar commercial construction projects. Since joining the Firm, his practice has focused on construction and general civil litigation. His work has included the prosecution and representation of multi-national design-build contractors, local public entities, and private businesses. He has assisted on numerous matters during all stages of litigation. His experience includes drafting of initial and responsive pleadings, pre-trial discovery, law and motion practice, mediation/arbitration and trial preparation, in both State and federal courts throughout California.
Before attending law school, Mr. Wulfsberg was a top sales associate for Citrix Online, a successful division of Citrix Systems. He was instrumental in developing the inside sales division of Citrix Online’s direct sales group, now one of the largest sales divisions at Citrix Online.
