We offer an exciting, high-energy litigation and business practice, representing clients throughout California and the United States. We have handled litigation involving projects throughout the world, from Saudi Arabia to Thailand, in courts across the nation.

At about twenty lawyers, we are large enough to manage complex, high-stakes litigation, yet not so large that the personal interests of our employees are lost in the shuffle. We strive for a collegial, team-oriented atmosphere in which our employees have the opportunity to expand their skills and advance within the Firm, both personally and professionally.

Because we are located in the East Bay, our employees are able to avoid the hassle of a commute into downtown San Francisco. Our offices are easily accessible by BART, only three blocks away. For those commuting by car, ample parking is available. With the Firm's offices overlooking Lake Merritt, many of the Firm's attorneys, paralegals and support staff enjoy a run or walk around the lake at lunch - or just the view.
